Tony Ramirez has worked in the property management field for over twenty years and has extensive experience with Homeowners Associations, Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) communities.  Mr. Ramirez joined The John Stewart Company (JSCo) in 2015 as a Property Manager and rose through the positions of Regional Manager and Regional Director to become Vice President of JSCo’s Southern California region in 2024. In his current role, Mr. Ramirez is responsible for the management and operations of over one hundred fifty affordable housing communities throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining JSCo, Mr. Ramirez managed multiple scattered sites for a Los Angeles-based affordable housing development and management company.  Among other professional certifications, he holds a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
