  • JSCo Sponsors Mural Project in Richmond

    JSCo recently sponsored a very cool community mural project at Pullman Point, a 199-unit affordable apartment complex in Richmond.  One of our VP’s enlisted her family member’s videography firm to make a video of the event and it turned out wonderfully!  Discovering Community – Pullman Point Mural Project.

  • JSCo Acquires 292-unit Affordable Housing Complex in Sacramento

    Last year, JSCo acquired Providence Place, a 292-unit affordable tax credit property in Sacramento.  Our lender, Beneficial State Bank (which was GREAT to work with on the acquisition!), even commissioned a short video of our good works at the property.  You can watch the video by clicking Providence Place.
