I started as a Desk Clerk / Janitor back in 2002 and now work as a Senior Regional Manager at the Corporate Office. Along the way I have worked in Maintenance, Resident Services, and on-Site Management positions. JSCo has multiple career paths and positions available for its employees.

When my parents died, JSCo was there with Bereavement Leave and a kind word. When I got married and had my two children, JSCo encouraged me to have the work-life balance I needed for my family.
