Developed by Resources for Community Development (RCD), St. Paul’s Commons provides 45 affordable homes including five (5) units designed for residents with mobility impairments and two (2) units designed for residents with auditory or visual impairments. Twenty-three (23) units receive rental subsidy from the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa in the form of Project-Based Vouchers or Rental Assistance Demonstration program (PBV/RAD).  Twenty-three units will be reserved for individuals or households experiencing homelessness.
