Property Description

Spark at Midtown is a 95-unit affordable housing community located at 1900 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90806.  This project consists of forty- seven Supportive Housing units designated for low income households experiencing homelessness. Twenty-three (23) supportive housing units will be designated for households that are eligible for services through referred the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS), and twenty-four (24) supportive housing units will be designated for households referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH). All Supportive Housing units will be referred through the City of Long Beach Homeless Services Division through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). An additional forty-seven (47) units are designated for low income households referred by the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB). The community building offers parking, laundry facilities, community and media room, computer room, and offices for on-site management and Supportive Services staff.
