Railton Place is a 110 unit, transitional and permanent housing apartment complex located in the heart of San Francisco. Of these units, 40 are permanent housing for the chronically homeless and disabled through the City of San Francisco’s Housing First program. The remaining 70 units are transitional housing for Veterans, Adults in Recovery from the Salvation Army rehabilitation programs, and Transitional Aged Youth
