Property Description

Blossom is a 48-unit affordable housing community, located in Beaumont, California. The property will consist of twenty-four (24) two-bedroom and twenty-three (23) three-bedroom units designated for low-income households referred by The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside (HACR) through their waiting list. All rents will be subsidized by The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside (HACR) through the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program.
