Property Description

Bell Creek is an 80-unit multi-family housing complex, located in Canoga Park, California. The property will consist of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments and all units will have refrigerators, stoves, and central heating and cooling. All units will be rented to households earning from 30% to 80% of the area median income (AMI) for Los Angeles County. Forty-one (41) units will be designated as Project Based Voucher units. All supportive housing units designated for extremely low-income households experiencing homelessness referred through the Coordinated Entry System. In addition, there will be three (3) one-bedroom, eighteen (18) two-bedroom units, and eighteen (18) three-bedroom units are set aside for general public low-income households earning 60% or 80% of the AMI.
