Property Description

619 Westlake is a 78-unit multi-family housing complex, located in Los Angeles, California. The property will consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and will have refrigerators, stoves, and central heating and cooling. All units will be rented to low-income households earning less than 60% of the area median income (AMI) for Los Angeles County. Thirty-nine (39) units will be designated as Supportive Housing units at 30% of the area medium income and will be reserved for homeless and chronically homeless households referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH).
