Family Opportunities Program Application

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a dependent of an employee of the John Stewart Company
• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Must be pursuing higher education or vocational skills at an accredited college, community college, university, trade / professional school, or institute.
• Sponsoring employee must be in good standing
• Prior recipients of awards from this (or any other JSCo Opportunities Program) are not eligible to re-apply

APPLICATION:
All applicants are required to submit:

1. Application form
2. Two reference letters
3. 6-8 minute video

DEADLINE:
Applications must be submitted by 11:59PM on Friday, July 21, 2023.
