Family Opportunities Program Application

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a dependent of a JSCo employee working at least 30 hours per week (this means the applicant is claimed as a “dependent” on the employee’s tax returns).
  • Must currently be either a senior in High School or currently pursuing higher education or vocational skills at an accredited college, community college, university, trade/professional school, or institute.
  • Sponsoring employee must be an employee in good standing with JSCo.
  • Prior recipients of awards from this program are not eligible to re-apply, but unsuccessful prior applicants are welcome to try again.

APPLICATION:
All applicants are required to submit:

  3. 6-8 minute video

Do not include letters from relatives, neighbors, or other John Stewart Employees. These letters must be included with your application (cannot be submitted separately). Please list their names and relationship to you below.
