Property Description

Cadence is a 64-unit affordable housing community located at 11408 South Central Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90059.  This project will consist sixty-three (63) supportive housing units designated for extremely low-income households experiencing homeless or chronically homeless and living with a mental disability. The community building offers laundry facilities, community room, a bicycle parking and maintenance area, a wellness room, and offices for on-site management and Supportive Services staff.
