As an “essential business” that is developing and operating affordable housing for low-income people across the state, the John Stewart Company (JSCo) remains open during the pandemic to serve our residents and clients.  Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, JSCo has been providing specialized guidance and resources to our managed properties so they can continue operating and provide a safe haven for the thousands of California residents who are being asked to shelter in place.  This has included disease prevention and social distancing protocols, enhanced common area cleaning guidelines, elimination of non-essential work orders, delivery of bulk-purchased Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and cleaning supplies, expansion of paid sick leave benefits and much, much more.
