Ms. Sanborn oversees the management and marketing activities of the Bay Area Region. She is responsible for over forty multi-family properties of various types, including rentals, cooperatives, senior, family and special population housing. She has provided marketing, management and consulting services to non-profit and private sponsors in a variety of housing programs, i.e., CHFA, HUD, FHA, SAMCO, HCD, RHCP, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and REO properties.
Ms. Sanborn is responsible for the efficient fiscal control of over $100,000,000, provides consulting services to clients qualifying under HUD’s Flexible Subsidy Capital Improvement Loan Program and a variety of other grant programs including CDBG. She offers perspective and sensitivity to the site level management o f affordable housing. She has serviced properties for The John Stewart Company since 1981 in several capacities, including on-site positions.
Ms. Sanborn received a Bachelors Degree in Public Health from San Jose State University, has served as an Adjunct Professor to San Francisco State University Department of Social Welfare, and is a member of The Association of Housing Management Agents, California Association of Homes for the Aging, American Society on Aging, and serves as a Board Member of Planning for Elders in the Central City and Bethany Retirement Center.
