Common Interest Developments

In addition to various forms of rental housing (including family, senior, and special needs), The John Stewart Company manages housing cooperatives and common interest developments. Working closely with the Boards of cooperative corporations and homeowners associations, we provide the full range of specialized services required for both market-rate and affordable homeownership developments.

JSCo's expertise in managing both rental and common interest developments has greatly benefited clients that are converting apartments to condominiums (as we can seamlessly transfer management duties as units convert) or are developing properties with both rental and ownership components (as JSCo can manage the entire property).
